Are you really a family biscuit company?
Yes, the Astruc family owns 100% of the capital of ASTRUC Biscuit Factory (for more information read our history page).
Where do your raw materials come from?
Mainly from France like our sugar which is produced from beets from the north of France, our flour is produced from wheat from Brie (Ile de France), our butter is processed in Normandy, our eggs come from chickens French raised in the open air. Our selection of original ingredients such as coconut produced in SRI LANKA and our CALIFORNIA Almonds.
Can we find your products elsewhere than on your e-store?
Yes we have a factory store located in Villeparisis 77270 (different packaging, weights and prices). You can also find our products in the traditional bakery and pastry departments in all large and medium-sized stores (different packaging, weights and prices).
Do you add preservatives to your cookies?
NO we do not add any preservatives in our products.
How to order?
You put all the chosen items in “your basket”. A shopping cart is like a supermarket shopping cart. You can therefore add, modify or delete products at any time.
When you have finished your purchases, you click on "Confirm my basket" to summarize your order and then pay.
What is the time between placing the order and receiving the package?
In France the maximum time is 5 working days, the average time is 72 hours. Order placed on Saturday or Sunday delivery before the following weekend. For zones 1 and 2 the delivery time is 7 working days maximum.
Why can't delivery take less than 72 hours?
Because we prioritize quality, our products are made to order. As soon as your order is placed, we begin manufacturing, followed by packaging and then shipping.
How do I send our order to a loved one?
When ordering, enter your loved one's address as the delivery address.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, all our packaging is 100% recyclable.

Yes, all our shipping boxes are 100% recyclable.
