Our History begins in 1927

Léopold ASTRUC, companion of the Tour de France, decided to make a living from his passion and created the Biscuiterie du Délice (fondant pastry specialties). He then sells his products exclusively in delicatessens and on markets.
1938
René ASTRUC, his son, continued the adventure which was unfortunately interrupted by the war (39-45)

1946
René ASTRUC takes over the activity to found the company “Biscuiterie des Pavillons” in “Les Pavillons Sous-Bois” with his uncle Armand Charrière

1951
René ASTRUC moves his Biscuit factory and settles in Livry-Gargan (rue Philippe Lebon) where Lucien ASTRUC, his son, comes to join him
1977
René ASTRUC retires, Lucien moves the Biscuit factory still based in Livry-Gargan but rue de l'abbaye. The company works for a clientele mainly made up of delicatessens and wholesalers.

1983
Arrival of the 4th generation. Christian and Marie Hélène, Lucien's children, in turn enter the family business. A new direction is given to the company which decides to launch itself towards a new clientele: supermarkets
1991
In view of the success of fresh biscuits in GMS (Large and Medium Stores) in the traditional BVP (Bakery Viennoiserie Pâtisserie) section, ASTRUC Biscuit Factory is building its new factory in Villeparisis (Seine et Marne). This made it possible to modernize production (regularity and product development) in optimized hygiene conditions. This is still where ASTRUC biscuits and cakes are produced.

1998
When Lucien retires, Christian ASTRUC takes over as president of the Group and Marie Hélène MACE takes over as site manager.

2001
Expansion of the Villeparisis factory and widening of the range following the acquisition of LOUVIER biscuits. Increase in the number of production lines and implementation of HACCP (hygiene standard)

2003
The company Meringue en Aveyron, specialized in meringue since 1985, is integrated into the group. This range is still manufactured in Aveyron on the original site with its local staff.

Continuous improvements in working conditions and production tools while respecting know-how and quality control

Our CSR commitments: 100% (green) electricity from hydroelectric, wind and photovoltaic dams and selection of our main suppliers close to the production site in order to reduce CO2 emissions linked to transport. Development of B to C: expansion of the factory store and the range offered on the production site
